Team Vitality

I joined the team vitality running club in March.<br> I paid the R300.00 joining fee<br> it is now almost May and to date nothing has been delivered to me<br> I have spoken to numerous uninterested call centre agents that keep referring me to Digital Planet, who in turn tells me that Discovery doesn't have stock of the shirts<br> when I wanted my money refunded so that I can rejoin me previous running club, I was told bluntly that it is non refundable<br> I have everything through Discovery, medical aid, life, insure, card etc etc<br> this has been such a frustrating and fruitless battle with unsympathetic staff pretending to care.<br> It is very disappointing, i will start investigating moving everything away from discovery as i cannot imagine what sort of service i will get if i need to claim against my medical aid, life or short term insurance if a measily R300.00 problem cant even be solved
