SYSTEMS FROM THE STONE AGE

it's 2021 and vitality still takes 48-72 hrs to respond to any email or online query. it's been years and while they rake in the money, they can't invest our money in having responsive and efficient systems where the turnaround is max one business day. 2021!!! and their insanely high insurance premiums, myriad products but years later and I still have to wait 3 days for a snotty email reply!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE RICH, PRIVATE COMPANY!! NOT ACCEPTABLE1!!!!
