Systems don't talk to each other

<p>Today my husband and I decided to download our e-cards for ster kinekor, only to find out that the info is incorrect. The e-card number defereniates from the one sent on the app. Apparently we have to wait 24 hours for the system to update his details , mine however works quite fine. </p> <p>I pay for a service, I expect it to be fulfilled.</p>
