System has forgotten previous settings, again

<p>I have a discovery card. I have a myschool card. I have discovery health insurance. I have set Woolworths to be my preferred 25% discount food supplier, years ago. I've previously jumped through all the necessary hoops to turn on the food discount for Woolworths. Today I find out that it's switched off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nobody told me it was switching off. I've changed no settings. Please, Discovery, don't change the settings again and if you do, TELL ME so I'm aware of whatever the change is. It's so annoying to have to keep watching the system for the next time you fiddle with it and make me jump through hoops again.</p> <p> </p> <p>MySchool HAS enabled you to see my data. Woolworths sends me WRewards texts. I received WW cash back days ago. What is the problem now?</p>
