Switching to Discovery - Time delays

I switched to Discovery and joined Vitality, it has now been 3 weeks with no feedback until I received a mail this morning stating that I didn't sign the second page of the application. I have resent the original...which is signed, here's to waiting 3 more weeks before I can start gym.<br> <br> Phone the call centres, average waiting time: 24min - and then a consultant says that they still have no update.<br> <br> Thanks Discovery Vitality, guess I'm going back to Multiply from Momentum!<br>
