Swak planning and service with Team Vitality

My wife and I joined Team Vitality in the last few months and the experience has been quite disappointing to say the least for the following reasons: 1) I have now done two races that they claim to pay 50% off but I dont even know how or when I will receive my refund. The one race was the 947 Ride Joburg Road Event 2021 in November last year and the other race was the Hartenbos MTB challenge. I contacted their Whatsapp customer care line twice already and received different answers and different commitments on both occasions. When will I get these cashbacks????? 2) My wife joined before the end of January 2022 to get the reduced rate and now the Cycle Lab stores havent received stock of the cycle jerseys in more than two months without even knowing when they will receive stock. 3) The listed cashback race events were only provided very late which makes it extremely hard to plan or decide if one will be doing an event. And there is still just a very limited amount of cashback MTB races listed on their website. SWAK!
