Superb Assistance from Call Centre

It is always a pleasure to deal with Discovery Call Centre agents. They must be exceptionally well trained, as they are always able to answer questions. I have called several times over the last few months in trying to activate all the Vitality benefits and rewards for myself and my family, and not once have I been put on hold, transferred, or had a question the staff could not answer. They are also very well spoken and articulate which makes speaking to them a pleasure. Well done and thank you to all of you working in the Vitality call centre.
