Super disappointed in Vitality!

My medical aid has a health check benefit with the same checks as the Vitality Health Check. I used this benefit at a Discovery approved pharmacy and sumitted my results manually to Discovery. I did the same thing last year and I received my points for the health check, and this year Discovery refuses to accept the manual submission because it was not done through Discovery. I have gone through various emails back and forth and no explanation can be given as to why this was accepted last year but refused this year. There was no notification or change on the website to say that manual submisaions are not allowed anymore.
