Still waiting for cash back 4 weeks later

<p>I called at the beginning of June, and I was informed that my cash backs for my flight booster will be paid on the 9th July 2017. the 9th came and still nothing was paid to me. Last week Friday I called and i was promised by the consultant I spoke to that I will be called the following day and nothing came through. Now it's almost weeks and I am still waiting for a call, my cash refund . I spent minutes on the phone trying to get to the bottom of what has happened to my cash back. This is pathetic service to say the least. </p>
