Still no cashback!

I'm diamond status and bought my Polar watch on the 7th of July from Sportman's Warehouse. I've been sending emails back and forth to request my cashback. Everytime I think there's a breakthru with an agent, then another one takes over, and everything have to be repeated. I've started with Shaad, then Lucia, then Tshepo Boqo. Still no cashback on my watch and strap.
