Sort this out

Despite Paying to be connected to vitality each month I have been unable to receive the discounts offered on Kulula flights????? I have a vitality card that gets swiped at Pick and pay and is linked for the Clicks and Woolworths reward points and discounts. In all the years of being linked I have never received any thing back or any discounts???? Please sort these issues out immediately
