"Soon to be mum in tears"

Came home this evening to my 6month pregnant wife, who was in tears because of the nightmare experience she had with the Vitality team.When it was suppose to be a happy to be mums call, I'm so disappointed with Discovery.My wife called to inquire about the Vitality baby package and was told by the consultant and the manager that she will not get the package that she was so excited and eagerly been awaiting for, and the ridiculous reasoning is that because her life cover isn't linked to Vitality she cannot have it.Yet we have our medical aid and Vitality for quite some time now and how does that make any difference to the baby Vitality benefit????This is completely unacceptable, and if you want us as clients I want this rectified asap.We have everything with you guys life, medical aid, invest,bank etc.Is this how yourl so call "Dazzle yourls Clients"?
