Some urgent than others

I joined vitality baby in 2015 and was advised a Vitality baby discount card will be sent withing two weeks of registration. It is now March 2016, I am 9 days from my due date and have not been able to enjoy the discount benefits as no card has been sent. Each time I follow up they advise a card will be sent in 2 weeks. This is now the 3rd time I am following up on 1 card. I feel like some Vitality aspects are more important than other others. If I dare to inquire about team vitality or the watch action is taken almost immediately and we are left for the back burner. This is unfair!!!!!
