Shoe booster from discovery

I bought shoes on the shoe booster facility on the 21st June and still have not received a single payment from Discovery. I followed every step of the process with a Discovery consultant on the line. I have phoned over 10 times and they promise to get back to.me but up to now have heard nothing. I have sent them the invoice and all the details
