Shoe Booster FAIL
I have had the worst experience with discovery customer service.
My shoe booster benefit was activated in store at a total sports before we purchased a shoe. So was my husbands. Unfortunately we didn't know there was a payment to be made to confirm the activation.
The next day we made payments for both me and my husband. Both shoe boosters showed active and were at the step where it says buy shoe. Both my husband and i needed different size shoes so we returned the ones we bought and bought the right sizes at a different store because the original store didn't have sizes.
My husband's shoe booster benefit has been working fine and has already started tracking his activity for cashback. Mine however has bounced back and is now asking again to make payment to activate shoe booster.
Discovery customer care has been extremelely unhelpful. I've had to repeat my story each time they called me which was 4 times. They then brought in someone from total sports to call me who (like me) didnt understand why they were involved as it was a Diacovery Vitality issue that i paid for my shoe booster and it wasn't activated. Leaving aside the time frame of when the shoe was bought.
So dissatisfied with the lack of result. Its nearing year end and still no solution. Sigh
