Shoe booster & Discovery App

Good day

I would like to raise an issue with your shoe booster and your app.

The following is my issue: 1.) Your app on a normal basis showed the following active reward benefits under my profile: - Apple Watch - Gym Booster - Shoe booster - Flight booster 2.) From the beginning of the year I have achieved all my targets every week that I know of and the last payment of the shoe booster was a lot less than it was normally. I'm sure you can verify the trends on your side too. 3.) The last couple of days before the latest update on the app the following benefits were showing: - Apple Watch - Gym Booster - Flight booster 4.) Looking at the above trends I assumed my shoe booster ran out. 5.) I went and bought new running shoes as my previous shoes had around 800 too ****m's on them. I did 340km on them this year only. 6.) With my assumption made that my shoe booster could be renewed I bought the new shoes. When my app updated yesterday it again showed that I had an active shoe booster until the end of the April. 7.) When I phoned your staff to ask if they can use shoe booster on the new pair the said that I could not be assisted.

I have been a frequent runner the past almost year and a half with Discovery's Team Vitality and as an active your user of your services and benefits I really feel that Discovery can assist me on this matter. To add the new running shoes to your benefit. Bugs in your app also caused a confusion.

Please do not give me answer of I should have phoned and confirmed before my purchase, I should be able to rely on your apps etc all the time.

If you refuse to assist me in the matter then it means you don't really care for the individuals who actively try to remain active and promote your running club, then I'm only a number. I will then chose a running club in the future that will actually look out for the individual and not only at themselves.

Will you help me or just treat me like another number?
