Shoe Booster activation not working since Jan 2018

ref no ********** 130 and ref no ********** 856. I have been struggling to register for shoe booster since January 2018, it kept on saying payment failed every time I tried, then I decided I rather join Team Vitality then to get the shoe Booster, I phoned in and was told after I pay then Team vitality will be active immediately ad I can then activate Shoe booster for free. Team Vitality also was not registering and kept saying payment failed etc etc, but it eventualy happned on 31 Jan, so I was ready to go but takkies on the same day, BUT SHOE BOOSTER STILL NOT ACTIVATING AS IT WANTS ME TO PAY R350, FOR WHAT NOW BECAUSE I PAID TEAM VITALITY R450?? I WANTED TO START EARNING MY REWARDS BACK WITH THE FEB 2018 ACTIVE REWARDS AS I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT SHOES IN JAN 2018(as it says you start earning back the following month after purchasing the takkies). so the lady who was assisting me on the above ref no phoned me on 7th Feb and told me that the issue with the Shoe Booster has been resolved so I must activate it and it will not take me to the payment page again, I tried it and it still wants me to pa R350. she promised to call me back in an hour to check if its all okay, she has not phoned until today the 12th feb, BUT SHE HAS CLOSED MY QUERY AS RESOLVED WHY?? I phoned today to ask what is happening, and the person who took my call said they will tell her to call me, she has still not phoned me its 9h39pm now and still she did not call. so when am I supposed to have shoe booster??? when am I supposed to buy my running shoes?? when am I supposed to start earning back my money for the shoes?? I will not be inconvenienced by your systems that don't work, all my FEBRUARY 2018 ACTIVE REWARDS THAT I WILL ACHIEVE WILL GO TOWARDS MY CASHBACK FOR SHOE BOOSTER, REGARDLESS OF WHEN I WILL HAVE SHOE BOOSTER ACTIVATED(ITS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE).

SORT THIS OUT ASAP, SONT ADVERTISE SOMETHING AND THEN FAIL TO DELIVER, IT IS YOUR FAULT YOUR SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING NOT MINE, ITS THE 12TH FEB NOW I STILL DONT HAVE SHOE BOOSTER AND STILL NO RUNNING SHOES BECAUSE I AM WAITING FOR SHOE BOOSTER TO BE ACTIVE. KEEP TABS OF ALL MY REWARDS I WILL ACHIEVE FROM 1 FEB UNTIL THE DAY YOU DECIDE TO RESOLVE THIS AND THEN PAY ME BACK MY REWARDS MONEY.

While we are at it, You have runners all over Gauteng, not just the North and Pretoria, there is a Sportsman warehouse in Boksburg, send the Teamvitality packs there, we cannot be driving over 100km just to collect our welcome packs, we pay you R450 and then we must spend money driving to Fourways to collect packs and then drive another cost to Sandton to collect running license, why cant all this be collected with the welcome pack in one place?? ADD BOKSBURG SPORTSMAN WAREHOUSE TO YOUR COLLECTION LIST, WE ARE YOU MEMBERS TOO IN THE EASTRAND SO ACCOMODATE US. THANKS
