Shocking walk in service

I have been sending my queries to the call center with no joy, I then come into the walk in Centre and I have been sitting here for over 1:30 minutes waiting for a consultant to assist, as they only have one consultant. The service at Discovery had deteriorated and it feels as if when they want your business, the service is great, however the after service is shocking and extremely disappointing
