Shocking service from Discovery Vitality

I am so disgusted with Discovery and the way they are NOT handling my ticket refund. I have had so many lies ( all in emails). Then they blame Comair, then they blame the back-log, then they blame Emirates and today I had 3 different promises. 3 different amounts. I have also been a member for years. I saved up my money to visit my kids overseas and now I have nothing. This seems like a big ****. where is the money for the refund and why are we not getting it back? shocking!! Unacceptable!! Refund me my money, Discovery Vitality. Discovery promises but does not deliver any service when you need it. Why would we ever use this portal ever again? It does not help at all. People, don't fall for their promises. They do not help you. I have been waiting for 6 months for my refund. where is the money? Who is holding onto it? The media should follow up on this. Name and shame them.
