Shocking service from Discovery and Kulula.

In the normal co**** of business I have been very happy with the service provided by Discovery Vitality in terms of there discount from one of the Travel Partners being Kulula operated by Comair. I booked a flight for my wife and son on the 08/01/2019 and the monies were taken from my account on the 10/01/2019 clearly stating Kulula Vitality on my statement. On the day I booked 10 flights on different days but all on Kulula. The response on the web page was that the flights were confirmed but there was a delay with sending out email conformations. Needless to say when the time came to check on the flight details there was no record of the booking and the flights would not be honored. Kulula did offer me a refund but that was a non starter as to book new flights at short notice on the same dates was more than double the price. After calls and promises to sort out the problem from both Discovery Vitality and Kulula there was eventually radio silence. It is now the day after the date the flights were booked for my wife and son are back home on Mango airlines no thanks to either Kulula or Discovery. They are the proverbial ostrich with the head in the sand hoping the problem will go away.

I am a regular flier on BA and Kulula through discovery and I must say I am shocked and disappointed at the lack of service and urgency considering there was a time frame.

No call no response and if I did not have the financial ability to book other flights my son and daughter would now be stranded in Johannesburg. Very disappointing.
