Shocking service

<p>After informing Discovery vitality on two occasions that my health rewards benefit should not be activated because I have not yet received my apple watch, they still did. And now Discovery expects me to pay penalties beacause of a mistake by Discovery. Terrible service and very dissappointed!!</p>
