Shocking Lack of Response – Unacceptable Customer Service from Discovery Vitality

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of response from Discovery Vitality. Since the 18th of February, I have made three attempts to contact them via email to cancel a Vitality membership that is no longer viable, using the contact details provided on the Discovery website. To date, I have received no response or feedback on my correspondence.

I provided all the necessary membership details, including Member ID, Vitality Number, Premium details, and contact number, and even asked if any further information was required to assist with the process. Yet, I have been met with complete silence.

The lack of communication and failure to acknowledge or process a simple cancellation request raises serious concerns about customer support efficiency.
