Shocking feedback

<p>I enquired about my 25% cash back on running shoes purchased (after activating the shoe booster), and could not believe my eyes when I saw the response from Discovery:</p> <p>****</p> <p>Dear Mrs Kloppers</p> <p>Thank you for your patience while we investigating your query.</p> <p>Feedback for inquiry: ***</p> <p><strong>Please note that these are non-qualifying items and also note that Shoe Booster items do not calculate for HealthyGear cashback</strong>.****</p> <p> </p> <p>In all the adverti*****ts and the online brochure, it is clear that I should receive 25% cash back as part of the normal healthy gear, and the remaining 75% from shoe booster (p2 of the FAQs).</p> <p> </p> <p>I still have not received any feedback after my response on Thursday - after reading this absurd feedback I received.</p> <p> </p>
