SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE VITALITY

I am shocked at the service I have recieved from Vitality, I was on the phone for 40 minutes and then got cut off and then when I got hold someone they ensured me that it was sorted only to call Virgin Active and to find out it is not sorted out.
