Shame on Discovery Insure

So thanks Discovery Insure, you paid me a very nice petrol cashback in October 2021, since November to January all of a sudden my sensor did not record trips, no drive days when i was driving, and then I discover my vitality petrol card is not linked anymore so R4000 petrol not registered. I get an email telling me I have a amount that did not match with the actual amount in October, you are also telling me I dont even fall in the top 50% of drivers for my age group over 50, that while I am an excellent driver and keep to all the rules. I then complained and a very nice lady assisted me I had to send in my petrol buys and log for the trips not recorded. That was in January, wow and then you paid me R40 out for all my petrol buys, and now telling me I will be getting R47.50 for February. So what happend with the log and petrol for November, December and January, is this what you do when you know people will travel and drive more so you do not have to pay them cashback. Thanks for that I will be changing my insurance soon to a company that actully do reward and not tell you one thing and then do something else, O and the best all of a sudden after my complaint the sensor started recording again, when you tried making me out as the culprit telling me I do not switch on the bluetooth, really Discovery shame on you.
