Service non existing

Absolutely poor service.

7 phone calls later, after talking to at least 4 people on each call including the legal department about a cancelation.

After explaining to the last person the reason for cancelation is poor service delivery, and then only to be asked, so why are you canceling.

Paying for a service that is not rendered because the email got lost in time only to be told you have to pay for another month as part of the cancelation notice.
