sent blood pressure result on the 17 Feb 16

Hi<br> <br> I sent the blood result on the 17 Feb 16 asking them to update my age but the report came back updating cholesterol only after I have spoke to one of the ladies at call centre.<br> <br> I today told another one about the matter and she said I did not put the attachment and she checked all the e-mails there such e-mail. Then proof her wrong by resending the e-mail and the attachment and she then said sorry she got it.<br> <br> What irritates me is that <br> <br> 1) she never identify my problem but she chose to tell what she think is my problem<br> 2) She said I did note attached the results while I did.<br> 3) She said checked all the e-mails there no such an e-mail.<br> <br> After I told her that she must not tell me lie and come with the attitude that I am wrong she is correct. She then say she got the email now.<br> <br> I resend her my copy as a proof of sending.<br> <br> This is the second time I put this request but only the cholesterol one was updated. I become so angry and irritated as she was lying and wasting my time. Even said some word that are not nice. mind I don't have time to push around by this call centre girls.<br> <br> The name of the lady is Owadwa Kamana.<br> <br> <br> Can some attend to this matter today pls
