I had 7500 discovery miles on discovery medical aid app . When i open the discovery Bank account with in Oct 2022 . My discovery miles were moved from the medical aid app to discovery bank app . Upon making monetiring my from 3000 to R300 the balance of my miles were taken away. When i queried this , i was told there was a glitch on the system my miles will be fixed .and no miles were fixed .I queried on 16 Nov 2022 . And im told to that they over allocated them hence they were taken away and asked how so . i got no straight answer . But i was told by the consultant to proved the 7500 i had . I mean how can i prove where as the medical app does not have the statement itself and disvory bank app only shows the transactions not much was allocated and how was moved from the discovery maedical aid app . i did not ask the touch my discovery miles when i openned my discovery bank that the first thing , nor did i give them permition to move my miles around . Ukuphapha nje apha kubo . If dont get my miles back i mtaking this issue to the consumer ombudsman . Big corpates like these like to rake advantages to people
