On the 19th of January I went to a LA health check so I can get the R500 voucher that was promised. I did not receive the voucher and logged a call. A call centre agent by the name of Lihle promised to call me back with the voucher and 5 days later there was no voucher. On Friday the 3rd of February I finally received a voucher. While trying to use it at PIck and pay I then realized that the voucher number was the same as last years. I have been calling on numerous occasions with no help. Ref ***
