Discovery Vitality sends me SMS's advising of benefits earned yet I do not see such benefits anywhere. On querying this they are unable to advise further and keep providing inadequate responses. They also do not advise the name to the person providing the response. It seems from the above that the rewards offered by Discovery Vitality is a **** as clearly they themselves do not understand it nor can they explain it. Not providing names or a channel for escalation also supports the characteristics of a ****.
