I am soo disappointed in how you conduct your business, to be informed that the health check I did at Clicks using my medical aid will not be considered, because it is a “BESTMED HEALTH CHECK”. Therefore I must go back to Clicks and PAY so that they can take my cholesterol levels, BMI,Blood pressure, glucose as well as do my HIV test AGAIN so that I can be allocated vitality points, then that will be considered a “VITALITY HEALTH CHECK”. Other than that I must join a MEDICAL AID administered by discovery for my results to be valid. Just because you put “VITALITY” in front of HEALTH CHECK does not change the fact that the HEALTH CHECK I did at clicks using BESTMED is the exactly the same thing. So that means that the Mammogram, Papsmear and all the other things I intend to do using my medical aid will not be “CONSIDERED”. There really is no use for me to keep paying for something that does not benefit me and I will be cancelling my membership as well as my other policies (Life insurance and car insurance) with DISCOVERY.
