********* Sales and No Customer Service to Asist

I booked a car for the 9th April via the Discovery Vitality and i booked a Group H VW T-Roc or Similar, but the confirmation i received was for a BMW 1 Series or Similar. I called Europcar and they advised that they do not have T Roc in their fleet and i will be getting a smaller can as their Group H vehicles are much smaller than a T Roc. I have been on hold with Discovery Vitality Travel for an hour now, no assistance at all. I booked something and Vitality has not given me what i booked for and you cannot talk to anyone to assist.

Vitality is very expensive and if this is what we get, i am surprised to see that Discovery is still in business.

Surely this is *******, you cannot sell something and only after all is agreed, give the customer something completely different.
