Sad but true. Trying everything NOT to reinstate

It is with a frustrated and saddened heart I decided to actually place my frustrations hear. Within one year (a year from hell) I have been unable to meet my gym membership requirements due to a burst appendix, glandular fever, bronchitis and job change as well a death in the family. I'm sure fo many this reality can hit one down right to the ground and it did me. Now, after NUMEROUS conversations with Discovery Vitality (Ref #: ***) I have been through more frustration, investigations and be given the simple advice that I need to get a doctor's note to clarify it... easy way out for them and more investigating-wasting-time (as if I have nothing better to do) time on my side.<br> <br> Can you remember who took out your appendix while i burst and was rushed into hospital? Needles to say when I asked them to check their records they simpy say: \Sorry
