Exhausted and beyond with Discovery as a whole however Vitality takes the cake. At least the other units managed to fix their mess after a month or 2 but I have been waiting for Vitality for close to 8 months to resolve a simple points issue and yet they keep sending me emails without fail on how to engage more yet not 1 email to say "Your query has been resolved" They owe me points dating back from 24 September 2021 and every time I have to endure to their lies of "it's done it will reflect on the next run" I even sent an email to their "EXEC" office and 2 months later query is still unresolved. Ridiculous and just plain ******* service
