a sales rep called and i signed up for vitality over the phone and the debit orders where supposed to commence end of the following month. I however decided that vitality wont really benefit me and decided to cancel it after a week or so. When i called discovery to cancel they told me i should cancel with my Human resources department because im part of discovery under my company. however my HR people said they cannot cancel because it does not reflect on their side ,called discovery and informed them about this and the person told me then i wont get deductions and i got a cancellation call reference number. Last month i discover that i have been paying vitality from last year september. Now i am being told by one of the consultants that they dont refund. I want my money back because i was not aware of this deduction and it is my hard earned money.
