Ripping customers off with Vitality Points part 3

<p>Hard to believe but it gets worse. They now say that my points of 100 have been calculated correctly. There are 2 measurements tracked on my Polar device, heart rate and speed. Based on speed I qualify for 100 points and based on heart rate I qualify for 300 points. I quote from the rules on their website “We award the higher number of points where more than one measurement is tracked in a day” They have not app**** their own rule. These guys are a bunch of clowns.</p>
