Ripping customers off with Vitality Points

Vitality rules are simple so you would think. I recently uploaded 6 exercises for my Polar device all above 30 minutes and all above 80% average heart rate. Per the ever changing rules these exercises entitle me to 300 points for each exercise. I was given 100 points for 5 out of the 6 exercises. 1 out of 6 exercies was correct at 300 points. That is 1000 points not given to me. I am now wondering how many other points I have not been given because I don't usually monitor the points on the Discovery website because I have (naively) trusted them. Not any longer.

Problem still not resolved. Discovery are now making it my problem. I have to send them screen shots of all my exercises from the Polar website. They even asked me for my device make and model even though this device has been registered with them otherwise how would I get some of the points.
This company is pathetic, I have already cancelled my Life Insurance policies with them. I won't even look at any of there other products. The only reason I have not cancelled the medical aid and vitality is because we have been customers for many years and my wife still pays zero for Virgin Active from a long time ago. You will notice that new members do not get to pay zero for Virgin Active, another thing that Discovery took away. I could carry on for pages about what this company takes away from you but I don't have the time right now.

Apologies, "their products" not "there products"
