The Discovery vitality rewards is a *******. You do all the health and fitness checks, and yet you don't get the points. Why am I being made to work for cover and rewards that I am paying for? Discovery medical aid is not cheap and it's a ******* and used as a profit centre. Discovery is hiding behind promoting healthy living but they are actually more interested in making money than my health. I'm healthy and I take care of myself well and the only thing I need is full cover for what I'm paying for. Not to be bul**** with which doctors or service providers to use or limitations on my spend or whether I get rewarded on not. I work my ass off to stay healthy, exercise, managing my diet but I have no control of body changes and hereditary ailments that come with aging and the life stresses that may affect my health.This is not a competition. Give the full points for tests completed. Your way of measuring isn't necessary the right way, it should be used as a guide not penalty as we are not a one size fits all.
