<p>On the 27th July I booked accomodation through vitality/kulula platform for Zebra country Lodge, this was after we as a group of friends decided that we are going there a weekend. Seeing that we are a big group I decided to book ASAP so that I can take advantage of lower rates (as it is the case that when accomodation is getting booked morem it turns to sometimes push the rates up). I booked accomodation for 3 days and it costed me R3 935 after all discounts were app****. I was fine with it until i gathered that all my other friends that booked after me through the same vitality/kulula platform paid a lot less than me. A couple that is on gold status paid R2 600 whereas we on diamond status paid more? How so? It makes no sense to me and noone seems to be wanting to give me answers on this matter. I need answers and a refund of the difference. Usually booking early means lower rates but we got the highest rates in the group yet we booked early and we are on a higher vitality status. There is a little bit of incompetence there, and utter *******. I am quite disgusted that you would subject some of your long standing members like this...Being on diamond takes a lot of time, and in my 9 years of being with vitality I have never seen this...this is an absolute first.</p>
