The most pathetic support I've encountered in ages.

Their website chat bot is incredibly dumb, and does not allow you to chat human support personnel.

Their support links take you in circles.

They have no email support channel.

They continuously send spam marketing email under the guise of "legal documentation".

In short, it appears that they've shunned actually providing support in favour of trying to get you to solve your own problems.
