Rewards change never done

In June Discovery launched a promo to spend 250 Reward Points for an Avenger's bluetooth speaker at Dis-Chem. I had points so in the first week of the promo I redeemed them and went to Dis-Chem to find that they were out of stock. They said they had in all 20 speakers (vs 500.000 Vitality members) and it was gone. we looked at other stores but no one had it. I planned this for my daughter's birthday as she likes Marvel. I called Vitality and informed them of the situation and they investigated, meanwhile I listed myself at Dis-Chem for the item. By the 24 June the promotion ended and despite visits and calls to Dis-Chem and to Discovery, they could not get a speaker. Discovery agreed to reissue to the 250 points to another store (i chose Yuppichef, as they gave me 2 choices). The reward, however, was never reissued. I followed up. The call center told me they would contact me, which they did to tell me it was not done yet. This was beginning of July. I waited for weeks, no one contacted me again. In the beginning of August I decided to call again and this guy also saw the case there and said he was going to take care of it. He called me back in the middle of the month to tell me the reward was going to be send to me on Tuesday 27 August. I waited again, received nothing nowhere (app, email...) Today it is the 02 September (it is my birthday) and 3 months after the day I redeemed this points and I am still empty ended. I am getting old waiting for Discovery. Promises & no resolution.
