Rewards

<p>Every Wednesday I get my rewards. The app now does not let me redeem my rewards. I have been holding lines for ages just to get a WiCode. The Vitality points system is really useless and so are the people that must assist. No matter gets escalated and even though on get told that you will be called back within 5min , it takes ages.</p>
