Reward at Kauai Virgen Active

I was at the Montana Virgin Active club 7 Jan 2016 to redeem my Kauai reward. Lizzy at the counter was so rude to me, and sead that they don't accept the reward no:******619 as payment for smoothies, this reward expires 7 Jan 2016.
