Reset points to zero after two months, no response

I only joined Vitality on 1st November, so I've had it for 2 months. In those two months I gained 15250 points and was waiting to be credited between 3*** points for two race events I took part in. The race event points were never credited and before I new it for the new year they reset the points balance to zero. In my eyes this is *****. I've emailed them twice already and I had no response. I want to cancel my vitality membership with immediate effect! This stupid program no longer has any use to me.<br> Do not call me, just cancel my membership and leave me alone!
