Request ignored

I called the discovery call centre on 28/08/2015 to cancel vitality as it is nothing but a waste of money.i spoke to Mpho who Gave me a million reasons as to why she couldn't cancel my policy but promised that somebody else would get back to me within a week (can you imagine?in this day and age we still have to wait that long for decent service??) Its been two weeks and I havent heard a word from them....can somebody tell me what's going on???!!!!
