Reply on website enquiry still outstanding

Trying to buy a flight ticket via the Discovery Mall website using Vitality points was not SO EASY. Sure you took all my money from my card without allocating my Vitallity awards points available. Trying to resolve this on the phone - was dissapointing, and lodging a complaint on the website to weeks ago - got a referance okay - but yet NO REPLY
