Repeatedly complaints and unsubscribes

I have been receiving unsolicited spam communication from Discovery vitality for years, I have unsubscribed on each piece of spam received, I have complained over still receiving the spam on every instance. I have included their compliance email address in three of these unsubscribe emails and the only response received was from compliance asking if I contacted the right department and that is all. This is ******* and a blatant disregard fro the CPA regulations. Furthermore the spam mail does not include an unsubscribe option which is also a blatant disregard fro the CPA regulations and *******. I have to date cancelled all my Discovery policies with the exception of my medical aid due to the continuing bad service and now I'm still *******ly getting spammed and ignored. Hopefully now it's in the public eye this will be rectified.
