Removing without my permission

I had my polar watch linked to my vitality for 2 years, all of a sudden, it was removed and was a battle to have vitality relink it. Now, im trying to get my points allocated back to me for the year's workouts but been jumping through hoops like it's a circus. All I get are emails with reference number stating its being investigated! Its simple, you messed up, just re-alocate my points. I sent through screen sc*****, etc., still nothing 2 months later
