REINFORCEMENT STILL NOT REMOVED BUT SETTLED ACCOUNT OWED

Please remove the reinforcement listing on my name on ITC or at least respond to my emails as I have been sent from pillar to post, I have paid the money I owed you as I had to cancel membership after I lost my job in July 2016 but a year later the payment is still listed as I owe on Itc.Riyaad Arens responded and gave me this Reference number: ********** 885 and told note your inquiry has been sent to the relevant department for assistance ********** . I mailed ********** but no call or email received and its over 4 days now. Can someone please call me to advise what I need to do I just want to have my name removed on this listing please.
