Refuse to give points due

<p>According to the Vitality guidelines a visit to network dietician will earn you 10 000 Vitality points. However, after my visit to said dietician, I was informed that I will not receive the points, as the visit was not logged as a Vitality Nutrician Assessment, but as a dietician visit. I was told this a day after I was promised these points within the next two or three days by another Vitality consultant. This is a blatant attempt to withold points that I rightfully earned, based on a technicallity.</p>
